You've never experienced balsamic vinegar quite like this before. After the stop, continue to your accommodations in Parma. Settle in, explore and enjoy a dinner featuring regional specialties such as mixed salumi and taglioni al culatello (little spaghetti with strips of ham served in a decadent parmigiano sauce).
